Comprehensive training will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial screening interviews with job seekers. Maintain and update candidate resumes and create professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn). Guide candidates in preparing for interviews and soft skill evaluations. Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and Excel records. Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding operations. Assist the HR team in documentation, compliance, and candidate engagement activities. Desired Skills & Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
