Job Description

🔧 Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings & technical specifications. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor teams & internal project staff. Verify measurements, quantities, and daily progress. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Manage material requirements, inventory checks & procurement coordination. Resolve on-site technical issues with practical solutions. Prepare daily site reports and provide regular updates to management. 📌 Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering. 3–6 years of experience in site supervision or execution. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials & drawings. Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings. Good communication, coordination & problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and documentation. ✨ Preferred: Experience in residential/commercial projects. Knowledge of finishing work & MEP coordination.
