Job Description

Job Summary

Successful candidate will mandatorily possess good communication skills/soft interpersonal skills, understanding of real estate domain along with the Analytical and Presentation skills. The incumbent will be multi-tasking to execute activities at different areas at any given point of time. The incumbent will be able to handle Vendor manpower, concreting activities, logistics setup, prepare BBS and conduct inspections.

Role & responsibilities

Setting up site logistics for execution of construction works.
Executing the MEP Infra works at site.
Coordinating with RMC plant, vendor engineers and material procurement yards.
Work according to approved method statements of activities.
Keeping the project presentable by concentrating on the housekeeping aspects of all activities.
Maintaining concrete register, BBS register, handle departmental manpower, etc..

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Civil or related disciplines.
Around 5-8 years' experience in Construction industry
Should be well versed with Word and Excel formats.
Should have good communication skills to deal with the Locals around the Project.
Should have good know-how of the Shuttering checks, BBS Checks.
