Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Kochi is for a Site Engineer responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities to ensure project quality and timely delivery. The Site Engineer will collaborate with project teams, monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to structural and quality specifications, and report on-site activities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with contractors, addressing on-site challenges, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in on-site management and coordination of construction activities
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with contractors, teams, and clients
• Expertise in quality control processes and ensuring adherence to industry standards
• Knowledge of Structural Engineering principles to oversee technical aspects of construction
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or related field
• Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to timely project delivery
• Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate projects is an added advantage
