Job Description

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing. Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins. Generate leads through cold calling, digital campaigns, and local marketing activities. Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities clearly to prospective buyers. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends. Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management.
