Site Engineer (Civil)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate on-site construction and installation activities for steel structure and PEB projects. The ideal candidate should possess sound technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on experience managing civil site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site civil works for PEB and structural steel projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Review engineering drawings and execute work as per design and schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Manage daily site reports, resource planning, and progress updates.
• Inspect materials, control wastage, and ensure effective utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Address technical issues and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in PEB / industrial / structural steel / construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil site execution, layout, and finishing activities.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Location: Only candidates from Chennai will be considered.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
