Site Engineer (Civil)

As a Civil Engineer at our company in Indore, you will play a crucial role in planning, supervising, and executing construction activities to ensure timely project completion within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Execution - Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project execution. - Prepare work schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors. - Ensure adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications. - Site Supervision & Quality Control - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship. - Check materials, verify measurements, and maintain quality standards. - Resolve technical issues and ensure proper implementation of engineering practices. - Vendor & Contractor Coordination - Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams. - Certify contractor bills, monitor labor productivity, and track material usage. - Documentation & Reporting - Maintain daily site reports, measurement books, and work progress documentation. - Prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, and assist in cost control. - Ensure proper record of drawings, changes, and approvals. - Compliance & Safety - Ensure compliance with safety norms and regulatory standards. - Monitor site safety practices and assist in audits and inspections. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred but not mandatory). - 6+ years of experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
