Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with over 2 years of professional experience in planning, designing, and managing civil engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of projects while adhering to safety standards, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects (roads, buildings, infrastructure, water supply, etc.).
• Prepare engineering drawings, layouts, estimates, and project reports.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and supervise construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
• Perform quantity estimation, cost analysis, and material procurement support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project/Primavera, or similar software.
• Good understanding of codes and standards (IS, IRC, ACI, etc. as applicable).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
