Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing, supervising, and executing civil works at the site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects as per design and specifications. The ideal candidate should be a B. Tech graduate in Civil Engineering with strong technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute daily site activities as per project requirements.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring proper implementation on site.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Monitor and record project progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Coordinate with in-charge Govt Engineers and suppliers for smooth execution of work.
• Verify materials received at site and ensure quality control of construction materials.
• Assist in preparing quantity calculation, M-Book Preparation and bill checking.
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions during execution.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and escalate delays or issues to project managers.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, site records, and project correspondences.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B. Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at different project sites as required.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹12,376.48 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
