Site Engineer

Role Overview: As a Site Engineer, you play a vital role in project execution, ensuring construction projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities encompass site assessment, project management, quality control, materials management, and safety enforcement. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders, you deliver successful agricultural projects that empower farmers and enhance crop production. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct on-site inspections to assess project requirements, site conditions, and feasibility. - Collaborate with the Project Manager to determine project scope, timelines, and required resources. - Execute the construction of polyhouses and related structures according to approved plans and specifications. - Ensure timely project completion while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations. - Ensure project deliverables are achieved within the approved budget. - Oversee the installation of irrigation and climate control systems within the structures. - Implement quality control measures to maintain construction standards and meet project specifications. - Coordinate with suppliers and Project Manager to ensure timely availability of all materials and equipment on-site. - Enforce safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel. - Maintain detailed project records, including daily progress reports, materials used, and labor hours. - Collaborate with the Project Manager, contractors, and stakeholders to address project-related issues and maintain effective communication channels.
