Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities>Co-ordinating with contractor, vendors and site workers.>On-site measurements for preparing BOQ.>Taking charge of civil works and delivering them as per requirement.>Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specification.>Responsible for managing and ensuring coordination within support services to deliver on quality standards.>Maintain labor attendance and work done register accurately.>Responsible for the service-quality standards and adherence to budgetary requirements.> regular checks of the material quantity,quality and management of these materials with frequency of the material order as per requirements.Desired Candidate Profile>Must have either B.tech/diploma in Civil Engineering with 3years+ experience.>Should Handle individually complete Billing & estimation.>Knowledge of Auto-CAD and MS Office is a must.>Should have experience in Coordination with Consultants, Architects, Contractors, Owners etc.>Supervise and update the status of civil works going on site.>Should be proficient in Site Management.>Must have knowledge of the finishing of high end residential projects.>Through knowledge of the specification of the project. Understanding of the conceptual design and final layout.>Fair communication skills and good job knowledge
