Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Site Coordinator to oversee the on-site execution of our interior and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of drawings, materials, and finishing details, along with the ability to coordinate between design teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and design intent.
Coordinate between designers, contractors, and vendors for material delivery and installation.
Maintain project timelines and ensure quality standards are met at every stage.
Handle measurement, material tracking, and site documentation.
Report daily progress and challenges to the design team.
Manage client coordination during execution phases.
Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and adherence to project schedules.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / related field.
2–3 years of experience in interior site execution and coordination.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and detailing.
Knowledge of materials, joinery, finishes, and installation methods.
Proficient in reading AutoCAD drawings.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple sites and manage manpower efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
