Site Civil Engineer

Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil and landscaping work at project sites (softscape and hardscape). Execution Monitoring: Ensure execution as per drawings, BOQ, quality standards, and project schedule. Vendor & Labour Management: Coordinate with vendors, masons, gardeners, welders, and other laborers to ensure efficient site operations. Material Management: Check quality and quantity of materials delivered on-site and maintain site inventory. MEP Coordination (Basic): Coordinate basic plumbing, lighting, and electrical work related to fountains, pools, and irrigation systems. Measurement & Billing: Assist in quantity measurement, site reports, work updates, and coordination with the office team for client billing. Reporting: Provide daily progress updates with photos/videos on WhatsApp or company CRM. Skills Required: Knowledge of basic civil drawings and structural layouts Practical knowledge of landscaping, garden elements, and horticultural materials Ability to manage multiple teams on-site Problem-solving mindset and quality focus Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical integration (especially for pools and fountains) Good communication skills in Hindi (English optional) Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field Minimum 1 years of on-site experience in civil, landscape, or similar project supervision Own two-wheeler preferred
