Job Summary:

Billing Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site analysis and prepare quantity take-offs for civil and infrastructure projects including all services based on drawings, site and tender specifications (considering IS codes and Govt. guidelines)
• Prepare, justify and submit the bill as per the R&B guidelines or Client's guidelines
• Maintain all billing and quality related documentations as required for submission of bills
• Perform rate analysis for civil works and compare contractor quotations for extra-excess item approval.
• Prepare and submit extra- excess/ saving statement and guide the Client in change order procedures.
• Coordinate with client, contractor and project management teams for accurate billing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Billing work in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar tools).
• Strong knowledge of local materials, labor rates, and construction methodologies.
• Good analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work from Ambaji location full-time.

Preferred Qualities:

• Exposure to religious/ tourism infrastructure or government projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and tendering processes in Gujarat.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
