Role Overview: You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, CLM, ERP, or related fields. Your technical expertise should cover system configuration, APIs, and integration tools, with knowledge in SQL/XML as a bonus. Understanding contract lifecycle processes such as drafting, negotiation, and compliance is essential. Possessing soft skills like effective client-facing communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities is crucial. A Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field is required. Key Responsibilities: - Guide clients through end-to-end implementation of Sirion CLM, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and integration with existing tools like ERP and CRM. - Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure user proficiency and adoption. - Collaborate with clients to customize Sirion CLM to their unique contract workflows and compliance needs. - Troubleshoot technical challenges and work with engineering teams to resolve complex issues. - Maintain detailed project documentation, including configuration guides and client-specific playbooks.
