Job Title: Sign Language Interpreter – (Female Only) Quality Department

Location: Dr. Reddy's Foundation, Somajiguda, near Irrum Manzil metro station, Hyderabad
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sign Language Interpreter to support the Quality Department by facilitating effective communication with hearing-impaired trainees enrolled in the GROW PwD programs across India. The primary responsibility will be to collect feedback and insights from these trainees to ensure program quality, accessibility, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular feedback sessions (virtual) with hearing-impaired trainees across PAN India GROW PwD centers.
• Interpret and translate trainee responses from Indian Sign Language (ISL) to written/verbal English or Hindi for internal reporting.
• Collaborate with QAE team members to design inclusive feedback tools and improve data collection methods.
• Support internal quality audits and review processes by interpreting interactions between staff and trainees.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards during all interactions.
• Prepare and share reports highlighting feedback trends, challenges, and success stories.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
