About the Role

This long-term remote engagement involves functional design, product catalog remodeling, order management enhancements, and collaboration with cross-functional global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise for

  Siebel 21.x

• Configure and optimize

  Order Management

  and

  Product Catalog

• Support the Siebel upgrade and modernization activities
• Perform functional analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Work closely with technical and business teams in a fully remote environment
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with telecom industry standards

Core Requirements

Siebel Functional Consultant

Siebel 21.x

✔ Strong SQL skills

✔ Deep functional knowledge of:

• Product Catalog

• Order Management

✔ Excellent communication skills in English

✔ Ability to work full-time and fully remote

• Telecom domain experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Previous involvement in large-scale Siebel upgrades
