Showroom Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Panjim. This is an in-store position where you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of our showroom, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing personalized product information and demonstrations.
• Build strong customer relationships and cultivate long-term loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage showroom inventory and ensure its proper display and maintenance.
• Participate in marketing activities.
• managing service staff jobs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
