As a SM, you will be responsible for driving customer value and maximizing customer satisfaction through effective strategies and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of products and services. Your primary goal will be to cultivate strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
