Job Description

Customer Handling

Greet and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable two-wheeler models.
Explain product features, specifications, colors, and pricing.
Arrange test rides for customers in coordination with the sales team.
Maintain a professional and friendly environment inside the showroom.

Sales Support & Coordination

Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and share pricing details with customers.
Coordinate with insurance, finance, and RTO departments for customer requirements.
Update customer enquiries and follow-up details in the CRM/system.

Post–Sales Support

Coordinate the delivery process and ensure smooth handover of vehicles.
Collect customer feedback after delivery.
Resolve customer queries by coordinating with service and spare parts teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
