Dynamic and experienced Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and service team performance
• Ensure timely vehicle service delivery and quality standards
• Manage customer relations and handle escalations effectively
• Coordinate with spare parts, warranty, and technical teams
• Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets
• Train and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a two-wheeler dealership service department
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
