Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Sales Executive at KuberBox’s store in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and assisting them in selecting gold and diamond jewellery. The role requires maintaining a professional, customer-friendly environment, offering expert guidance on jewellery options, and contributing to overall sales growth. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, showroom upkeep, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery trends, styles, and quality standards
• Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and inventory management skills
• Proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems and basic computer software
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Prior experience in jewellery sales, retail, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
