Showroom Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Aura Illumination is looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to manage daily sales operations, assist walk-in clients, and provide personalized product recommendations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for design, and a strong ability to understand customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable lighting solutions.

Demonstrate product features, specifications, and design options to clients.

Coordinate with the design and technical team for customized lighting requirements.

Maintain and update showroom displays and ensure product presentation standards.

Prepare quotations, handle billing, and ensure smooth order processing.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Train and onboard new sales hires on product knowledge, objection handling, and effective sales closure techniques.

Provide after-sales support and assist clients through the documentation and registration process.

Working hours: 10.30AM-8PM

Working days: Monday-Saturday

Mode of work: Work from Office

Salary: 30-40K + Incentives

Education Qualification: Any Graduate /Post-graduate

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with 2 to 4 years of showroom or retail sales experience, preferably in lighting, interior dcor, electricals, or related industries.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of aesthetics and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of billing software (preferred).

Self-motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused individual.
