Showroom Sales Consultant

As a Showroom Sales Executive at My Bathroom, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers to choose the perfect luxury bathroom fittings and sanitaryware for their stylish and functional spaces. Your passion for interior design and customer service will be key in creating a welcoming and informative showroom experience. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. - Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products, styles, and combinations. - Explain product features, pricing, and design options clearly and confidently. - Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth order processing. - Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and an appealing showroom layout. - Prepare quotations and maintain accurate sales records. - Follow up with leads and close sales effectively. Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Positive attitude, presentable personality, and customer-first mindset. - Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
