Showroom Manager(Female)

Key Result Areas (KRA):

• Showroom Operations Management
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Maintain showroom ambience, cleanliness, and display standards as per brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and support staff for operational readiness.
• Customer Handling & Experience
• Greet and assist customers promptly with professionalism.
• Monitor customer flow and ensure zero waiting complaints.
• Ensure test rides, delivery, and follow-up processes are well executed.
• Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) through service excellence.
• Sales Coordination
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor inquiry handling, lead follow-ups, and daily walk-in reports.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance executives for smooth deal closures.
• Team Supervision & Grooming
• Supervise receptionists, CREs, and sales coordinators.
• Conduct daily briefing, grooming checks, and communication training.
• Maintain discipline and team motivation within the showroom.
• Brand Presentation & Events
• Ensure proper product display and branding materials are updated.
• Coordinate with marketing for in-showroom promotional activities or events.
• Oversee vehicle delivery arrangements and customer ceremonies.
• Reporting & Administration
• Maintain daily MIS reports (walk-ins, bookings, deliveries, pending cases).
• Report key issues and customer feedback to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, process discipline, and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
