Job Purpose

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the automobile showroom, driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer experience, and leading the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services.
  • Monitor lead generation, conversion ratio, and overall sales funnel performance.
  • Implement sales promotion campaigns and coordinate with the marketing team for local events and activities.

2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and smooth customer journey from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Handle escalated customer issues professionally and provide timely resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

3. Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales consultants, delivery coordinators, and support staff.
  • Conduct daily briefings, set targets, and monitor individual performance.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

4. Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with service, finance, and insurance teams for seamless operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation, stock records, and compliance with audits.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports for management review.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA (Preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration)
  • Minimum

    5-10 years of experience

    in automobile sales, with at least 3

    years in a managerial role

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
