Showroom Executive

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Showroom Executive to coordinate and manage day-to-day activities at our franchise outlet and act as the key link between the franchise outlet and the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
• Manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Supervise transactions, billing, and stock updates.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and the head office for operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, display standards, and overall presentation.
• Support marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in showroom management, retail operations, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
