Showroom Executive Responsibilities Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom Provide detailed information about products (Leather and Non Leather bags and Purses/wallets) Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the catalogue Process sales transactions and handle payment methods Maintain a clean and organized showroom Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively Coordinate with factory for stock replenishment Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities Qualifications Graduate; a degree in business or sales is a plus Previous retail or sales experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Customer-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to learn and adapt quickly Skills Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Product Knowledge Sales Techniques Point of Sale (POS) Systems Effective Communication Problem-Solving Time Management Team Collaboration Basic Mathematics Negotiation Skills APPLY NOW!
