As a Shopify Marketing Specialist, your role will involve leading the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) growth of our brands through the Shopify channel. You will have full ownership of our Shopify store, focusing on marketing, optimization, and scaling while operating on a profit/revenue-sharing model. Your responsibilities will include: - Full ownership of Shopify store growth - Creation and optimization of product listings - Conducting keyword research and implementing on-page SEO - Performing competitor and market research - Setting up and managing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) - Implementing conversion rate optimization strategies and conducting A/B testing - Developing a reviews strategy and managing online reputation - Providing insights on fulfillment and inventory planning - Overseeing customer interaction and ensuring satisfaction - Generating reports, analyzing data, and tracking performance metrics To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in scaling D2C brands through Shopify in the US and/or Indian markets - A strong portfolio of Shopify brands that you have helped grow - Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. - Ability to independently manage the entire D2C funnel - Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills - Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail - A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred In addition to the above, we would be interested in learning: - The brands you have managed before - Specific growth metrics you have achieved (ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) - Your approach to launching and scaling a new Shopify store from scratch - Your combined SEO and paid ads strategy - Your expectations regarding revenue share percentage - Performance milestones you consider fair - Anticipated timeline for achieving initial results - How you ensure transparency and clear reporting If you are passionate about driving D2C growth and are ready to contribute to a performance-based model, we are excited to hear from you.,
