TrustyCoders is a growing eCommerce solutions working with global brands to build powerful, high-performing Shopify stores. We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Shopify Lead Developer to guide our Shopify division.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who knows their craft and isn’t afraid to lead from the front. You’ll manage a team of developers and designers, supervise end-to-end Shopify builds, and ensure smooth delivery for client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage Shopify developers and designers
• Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Handle complete Shopify store setup, integrations, and performance improvements
• Review code quality and ensure timely, error-free project delivery
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience
• Expertise in Liquid, metafields, JSON templates, dynamic sections
• Strong skills in custom theme development & Figma-to-Shopify conversions
• Good understanding of Shopify apps, APIs, and performance best practices
• Prior experience leading a team or managing project workflows
• Solid front-end development foundation (HTML, CSS, JS)
