Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an E-Commerce sales manager specialist in Shopify platform at All Cotton and Linen in Coimbatore, with flexibility for remote work. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for analytical tasks, account management, sales responsibilities, catalog management, inventory control, pricing strategies, and team management .

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced Shopify Sales Specialist to enhance our product listings on Shopify
• Your role will involve optimizing titles, descriptions, and images to improve search rankings and drive traffic
• Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices specific to e-commerce platforms
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, keyword research, and persuasive copywriting to improve visibility and conversion rates
• Responsibilities include analyzing current listings, conducting keyword research, and implementing best practices for optimization
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of online sales, ensuring continuous growth.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and avoiding stockouts.
• Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Oversee the fulfillment process, including order management, shipping, and returns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on Shopify

• Experience working with multichannel platforms and understanding of their specific requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and platforms.
