Job Description

Job Summary:

Shopify Developer Intern


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and customising Shopify themes.
  • Work on Shopify Liquid code to implement design and functional changes.
  • Help manage store configuration, content updates, and product uploads.
  • Support in integrating third-party apps and plugins.
  • Collaborate with designers and senior developers to implement UI changes.
  • Debug layout and responsiveness issues in different screen sizes.


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of Shopify platform and its structure.
  • Familiarity with Liquid (Shopify's templating language) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to follow development guidelines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Web Development, IT, or related fields.
  • Exposure to Shopify through personal/academic projects is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git, is a plus.
