Position: Ship Manager ( Kolkata)
We’re seeking a dynamic Ship Manager to oversee onboard operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will come from a strong Food & Beverage background, with proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all onboard operations including F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, and guest services.
Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural crew with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure impeccable hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest interactions and resolve issues with tact and efficiency.
Coordinate with shore-side teams for logistics, provisioning, and voyage planning.
Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and service protocols.
Conduct performance reviews and ensure smooth operational flow.
Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in cruise, ship, or hotel operations (preferably luxury brands).
Strong F&B service and operations background.
Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
Skilled in guest handling and conflict resolution.
Proactive problem solver with a focus on quality and service.
Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
