Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor based in Chennai. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, training and guiding team members, managing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role also involves handling customer complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales and operational goals.

• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in hospitality or business management is a plus
