Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure all operational and safety procedures are followed consistently
Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and maintenance activities.
Prepare shift reports and communicate relevant information to Department Head.
Dealing with the Manpower and Direct the work of employees assigned to the shift.

Qualifications

Any bachelor's degree / Diploma in Textiles
Min 0 to 5 Years Exp

Skills

Leadership
Communication Skills
Problem solving and analytical skills
Basic Computer skills like Word and Excel

Shift Type: Three shifts

Job Location: Palladam

Salary: 15,000 to 25,000/ Per Month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
