Shift Supdt - SPG 1,2,7 PFY

As a Shift Engineer in our company, your primary role will involve ensuring the implementation of safety procedures and processes related to workplace safety and waste management in the fields. You will act as the Incident Command Control until the arrival of the Site Safety Manager in case of Emergency Response and Contingency Plan incidences. Monitoring the consumption of raw materials and utilities on a shift-wise basis will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and troubleshoot all process parameters and equipment conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the plant. - Utilize the OMPro tool effectively for operational purposes. - Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to maintain operational efficiency. - Lead the speedy restart of production after any plant breakdown. - Work towards the reduction of flare loss and effluent generation. - Highlight exceptions in parameters that may affect product quality. - Coordinate with maintenance departments to expedite planned and unplanned maintenance activities. - Conduct improvement trials as planned in the operational blueprint. - Identify training and development needs of panel and field operators, and coordinate training sessions accordingly. - Share learnings from incidents and Root Cause Analyses to enhance operational efficiency. - Participate in rack-up meetings and maintain shift logs for the respective area/equipment. - Report near-miss incidents promptly and work towards waste reduction during grade changeover and recycle processes in shifts. - Aim to reduce the HOTO (Hot Oil Temperature) time for maintenance activities. Qualification Required: - B.E./B. Tech in Textile Engineering with a track record of good and consistent academic performance. Experience Requirement: - Degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience. - Diploma holder with 5 years of experience as a Shift Engineer.
