Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Supervise day-to-day caf operations, ensuring smooth workflow during all shifts.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per company and FSSAI guidelines.
Manage inventory order supplies, track stock, and minimize wastage.
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition; coordinate maintenance when required.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.

2. Customer Experience

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain the cafs ambiance and brand presentation at all times.

3. Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and schedule caf staff (baristas, servers, kitchen team).
Conduct regular team briefings, assign duties, and monitor performance.
Motivate team members to achieve sales and service targets.
Ensure compliance with grooming, attendance, and behavior standards.

4. Sales & Business Performance

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Implement upselling and promotional strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Analyze caf performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
Maintain target profit margins through cost control and efficient operations.

5. Brand & Community Engagement

Uphold brand standards and values in every customer interaction.
Support local marketing initiatives or events to increase footfall.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

1-3-years of experience in caf, QSR, or restaurant management.
Prior experience in handling daily store operations, team management, and customer service.

Education:

HSC/Graduate in Hospitality Management,
