Job Description

Responsibility

Create and maintain safety awareness among team.
Encourage Engineers & Associates to identify and execute Kaizens and improvements.
Lead 5F meeting for daily problem resolution
Lead to maintain DRR of Plant as per target.
Ensure effective implementation of all the quality standard requirements.
Review JES, SOS, SOP, KYT, STS, TIS, PFMEA, PSR.
Review tool, equipment or facility requirement and calibration and follow up for the same on monthly basis.
Conduct layered audits as per schedule and ensure closer of open points.
Lead new launch readiness as per launch glide path.
Ensure Implementation of MGPS Requirements on shop floors.
Monitor and control factory supplies and rejection costs in the Group with JEs.
Ensure line is running to meet cycle time and product quality.
Motivate Team for achieving BPD level 3 Targets.

Authority

Leave approval of GLs.
Alarm escalation to head of concerned department.
