Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and control all plant operations during the shift.
Ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of boilers and associated equipment.
Monitor parameters, maintain logs, and promptly respond to emergencies or deviations.
Coordinate with maintenance, safety, and control room teams.
Lead the shift team and ensure proper handovers between shifts.

Required Qualification & Experience:

Must possess
Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE)
Certificate (mandatory).
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in power plant operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
