PEGGS INDIA, part of Raja Fat and Feeds Pvt Ltd, specializes in producing value-added egg products such as egg powder, pasteurized egg liquid, and pasteurized frozen egg liquid under the brand name 'PUNJAB EGGS.' These high-quality products, used in a wide array of food products within the food industry, are produced using advanced, hygienic processes. Our plant is located in Rajpura, Punjab, and our integrated approach ensures optimal resource usage and traceability. With decades of experience in the poultry industry, our promoters ensure consistent high quality and innovative solutions in egg production and processing.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Manager based in Rajpura. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the production shift, ensuring all processes are followed efficiently and safely. The tasks include managing staff, maintaining production schedules, implementing safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Shift Manager will also ensure the effective use of resources while maintaining the highest standards of quality control.

Qualifications

Production Management and Staff Supervision skills
Knowledge of Safety Protocols and Compliance
Quality Control and Resource Management skills
Excellent Communication and Leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and make operational decisions
Experience in the food production industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Food tech, Industrial Technology, or dairy technology.
