Job

Principal Accountabilities

• To execute the production plan , with quality product, less wastage, material accountability.
• To co-ordinate with ISO, BRC quality audits
• Monitoring of Machine health
• To co-ordinate with the other shift in charges for quality production
• To ensure that proper stock of raw material and consumables are maintained in every shift
• To prepare shift-wise, machine-wise, daily, monthly production reports
• To co-ordinate with QA for the quality production of poly films
• To maintain machine uptime
• To ensure safety at all stages

Key Interactions

• Internal: To ensure that proper manpower utilization for production is maintained.
• To coordinate with the Maintenance team for Preventative / BD maintenance for machines.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Diploma in Plastic Technology / Engineering in Plastic Technology

Related main process -knowledge and ancillary equipment process knowledge.

Knowledge in Computer operation (MS Office), SAP, material balance, waste reduction, upkeep machine production time and Overall Equipment Efficiency.

Shopfloor administration- Observations- continuous improvements identification, implementation. Experience-1-3 years similar field/ related field / European, Indian, Taiwan machines experience.
