Role & responsibilities 1) Responsible for general mechanical maintenance work to meet quality objectives set by company management. 2. Responsible to maintain maintenance related records as per QMS requirement. 3. Responsible for planned & preventive Maintenance, repair, modify and improve machine to meet the quality objective. 4. Responsibility to perform daily machine trouble shooting, machine servicing to reduce machine down time and to understand production and related procedures to carry out required maintenance. 5. Responsibility to maintain machine spare parts and inventory and also keep track of the locations of all essential mechanical items so as to be able to retrieve for immediate replacements. 6. Responsible in keeping and maintaining SS in factory premises 7. Participation in regular internal and external audits on the quality systems. 8. Identify areas for continual improvement 9. Responsible to follow safety norms as and when required. 10. To do any other job assigned by Superior/ HOD/ Management 11. Responsible to report job completion of the entire task to Maintenance Manager for further evaluation. 12. Responsible for all regulatory and legal requirements for all plant electrical and mechanical systems and also keep track for any change in the related policies Preferred candidate profile
