Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage production operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards across all processes.
• Monitor manpower deployment, machine operation, and process parameters for efficiency.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Identify and resolve process deviations, breakdowns, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness in line with company goals.
• Guide, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. / B.Tech
• Experience: Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical / Excipients Industry is preferred.

Key Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good knowledge of production processes in pharmaceutical excipients.
• Familiarity with cGMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and documentation abilities.
