You Are Responsible For

Managing shift schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands. Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitoring production metrics and making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and output. Addressing any safety concerns and ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations.To succeed in this role you should have the following:Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Proven experience in a supervisory or operational role within a manufacturing or similar environment. A keen understanding of production processes and the ability to analyze metrics for continuous improvement. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and make quick decisions under pressure.
