Qualification Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Science/Commerce/Arts/Engineering)
  
• Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in

  automobile

  or

  manufacturing industry

• Experience in Line Feeding and Store Operations is mandatory

  Note: Candidates without experience in line feeding or store operations will not be considered.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage shift operations in the manufacturing unit
  
• Ensure smooth line feeding and timely material supply to production lines
  
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for inventory planning and material movement
  
• Monitor workforce deployment and ensure productivity and discipline during shifts
  
• Handle shift-wise reporting, material reconciliation, and documentation
  
• Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and quality standards on the shop floor
  
• Address and resolve any operational issues during the shift
  
• Coordinate with other shift incharges and departments for seamless handover
  
• Maintain records of shift performance, delays, and downtime
  
• Ensure minimal material wastage and monitor inventory levels
  

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of

  line feeding

  ,

  material flow

• Prior experience in an

  automobile or manufacturing plant environment

• Leadership skills to manage shift manpower effectively
  
• Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems or store documentation processes
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure during high-volume production
  

Work Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site role in a manufacturing plant
  
• Rotational shifts, including night and weekend shifts as per operational needs
