• Responsible for the uninterrupted operation of cargo handling equipment in shifts.
• Attending emergency maintenance of the equipment during operation with the least
response time to enhance reliability and reduce equipment outages.
• In coordination with the Operation Department and Sr manager he plans major
maintenance activities during crane idling time, ensuring availability of men and materials.
• Plan for materials in coordination with Sr manager and Purchase wing.
• Ensure workplace safety by following SOPs and carrying out risk assessments.
• Impart training to the team members
• Plan and execute various innovative ideas to enhance reliability, safety and cost reduction.
• Any other tasks assigned by the HOD of engineering.
