1) Assist QHSE HOD and Manager in daily functioning of HSE
2) Provide HSE induction and other relevant training to the employees and contractors.
3) Assist and take part in mock drill.
4) Preparation of daily reports, shifts reports, near miss, incident etc.
5) Maintain minimum stock and issue record PPE.
6) Responsible for verification of HSE control measures on the field.
7) Complete health and safety checklist at assigned facilities on weekly and monthly basis.
8) Participate in risk assessment and control measures implementation and reinforcement.
9) Responding to emergencies.
10) Check containers/Coil in yard for proper stacking.
11) Ensure safety compliance where work is in progress with permits.
Check if all employees are acting in adherence with HSE rules and regulations.
