Role & responsibilities Finalization of books of accounts: Ensures timely and Accurate Completion of Monthly Financial Accounts, Prepares provisional balance sheet, monthly/quarterly financial statements and CMA as per the statutory / bank requirement. • Direct Tax : finalization of tax audit, compiles details for assessment & appeals before the Income tax in liaison with Tax consultant; preparation of Income tax computation for purpose of Advance tax; preparation of Form 15CA for foreign remittance; prepares & files quarterly TDS & TCS returns; • Indirect Tax: Payment of correct GST, filing of returns and other related compliances • Stock taking: Arranges physical stock taking and reconciles with the book. • Assist in preparation of MIS report as required by the management like invoice tracker, ageing report for inventory, payables, advance, and receivables, sales status like booking, collection, receivables status. • Manage all financial and accounting processes while ensuring adequate financial controls. MCA / ROC :- Finalization of Statutory Audit, compilation of details for Cost Audit, preparation of Board Resolutions, verification & timely filing of various ROC forms and Minutes in liaison with Company Secretary. Ensures compliance of Companys Act and other legal documents and forms. • Develops & maintains internal control & effective accounting system. • Evaluating the SOPs and suggestions for Improvements • Candidate is expected to work closely with the Partner to build client relationships. • Have the ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions • Preferred Education/Qualification: • M.Com/MBA-Finance/CA Inter/Cost Accountant 5-10 years of experience Preferred candidate profile
Role & responsibilities 1) Assist QHSE HOD and Manager in daily functioning of HSE 2) Provide HSE induction and other relevant training to the employees and contractors. 3) Assist and take part in mock drill. 4) Preparation of daily reports, shifts reports, near miss, incident etc. 5) Maintain minimum stock and issue record PPE. 6) Responsible for verification of HSE control measures on the field. 7) Complete health and safety checklist at assigned facilities on weekly and monthly basis. 8) Participate in risk assessment and control measures implementation and reinforcement. 9) Responding to emergencies. 10) Check containers/Coil in yard for proper stacking. 11) Ensure safety compliance where work is in progress with permits. Check if all employees are acting in adherence with HSE rules and regulations.
