Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for a Shift Engineer (PLC Programming). The Shift Engineer will oversee and manage the programming, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems used in operations. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal system performance, reducing downtime, and implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and reliability. The role will also involve maintaining compliance with safety standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
• Min 2 years experience is mandatory in PLC Programming.
• Offline Interview will be in Nashik.
• Salary upto 30000 CTC per month.
• Contract base job for 2 years.
• Strong knowledge and experience in PLC Programming, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance.
• Proficiency in Automation Systems and Control Systems engineering.
• Familiarity with Hydraulics and Pneumatics systems and their integration with PLCs.
• Understanding of safety protocols and industrial equipment standards.
• Effective problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a team-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in defense or space engineering projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
