Role Description

We are seeking dedicated Shift Engineers for a full-time, on-site position located in Silvassa. The Shift Engineers will oversee daily operational tasks within the manufacturing plant, ensure the optimal functioning of equipment, and implement maintenance schedule.

Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems, maintenance, and equipment operation.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and related technical expertise.
Proficiency in managing and supervising technicians, coordinating teams, and ensuring task completion.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production technologies, with a focus on efficiency and safety.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Educational qualification : Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferably in Plastics.
Prior experience of 5 to 7 years in the injection moulding industries in core processing & troubleshooting.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
